C.1860. A pair of Jet and braided hair mourning earrings.
The crescent shaped glass locket compartment contains woven hair. Round jet beads in varying sizes frame the locket in a teardrop shape. The drop tests as 18k gold, and the ear wires are 14k.

Width: 22mm (the widest part)
